Cancellations:Please understand that we prefer not to charge cancellation fees but need to in respect of the difficulty to book the studio at short notice.
Cancellation fees are: Within 1 week- 50% of total booking. Within 72 hours- 100% of total booking.
Payments:Payment of balance by last day of session.
We accept cash, online transfer or cheque.
Please be aware that all recorded works and hard drives are to remain at studio until full payment has been received.
All bookings made at The Music Factory are considered as an acceptance of the
